CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few of the reasons why you might consider canceling an appointment. I strive to be effective and fair to all of my clients. Out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:

  • In most cases, a 12-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. Onsite chair sessions require a 24-hour notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of my services.
     

  • If you are unable to give me the minimum 12-hours (or 24-hours) advance notice, you will not receive a refund on your deposit.
     

  • If I am able to fill “your” time slot with somebody else, I will refund your deposit.

 

NO SHOWS

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.
